Nixteria in the News

 

On February 12th, several of our corporate office workers were in attendance at the public hearing to show our opposition to lead sponsor legislator Peter Savage’s bill to ban the use of Electronic Cigarettes where traditional cigs are not permitted. Though this would not directly impact any vape shops income directly, this bill would give Legislators a foothold to pass other bills in the future.

Thankfully, this particular hearing was pushed off two weeks due to 'Technical error'. Savage, a Buffalo Democrat, was not specific about what the problem was, although he says it will be obvious in the text of the new version.

We will update this page when more specific information is located pertaining to the rescheduled date of this hearing.
